Most rollouts don’t stall because the tools don’t work, they stall because people don’t change how they work. A Pew Research study found that 52% of U.S. workers fear AI in the workplace. Culture, behaviors, and leadership buy-in are the real make-or-break factors, and today’s organizations will need to embrace the idea that failure isn’t a red flag, it’s proof you’re exploring the frontier. Every misstep is data, and every stumble is momentum. If your teams don’t feel safe enough to fail, they can’t really innovate.
