Vice President, Strategy and Business Modeling
Adam Aranyos is a Vice President in BTS's Strategy and Business Modeling team. In this role, Adam facilitates deep co-creation with clients and leads the design and development of world-class business simulations that drive true strategy alignment and execution.
With over a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 technology companies and high-growth start-ups, Adam possesses deep subject matter expertise in the strategy and economics of the software and technology sectors. He relishes the opportunity to build a deep understanding of each client’s unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions that achieve impactful results.
Adam also has extensive experience in addressing the strategy execution and digital transformation needs of clients across a wide range of industries, including logistics, healthcare, distribution, energy, telecom, and consumer goods.
His collaborative approach ensures that clients are fully engaged partners in the process, leading to successful outcomes and lasting value.
