Elie Ruderman

‍Elie Ruderman is a Director at BTS based in the firm's Paris office. He designs strategy execution and sales programs for major European organizations, from initial diagnosis through delivery to senior leadership and C-suite teams.
Since joining BTS in 2016, he has helped grow the Paris office more than fivefold.A multilingual consultant working in English, French, and Italian, Elie has a longstanding interest in language. Much of his work has involved helping leaders create shared understanding across cultures, functions, and perspectives.
