Emily Ramdhany

Director

Emily is responsible for key project/client leadership roles across BTS’ top key and strategic accounts.

Prior to re-joining BTS, Emily held positions on Walmart’s Leadership Assessment Team and McKinsey & Co.’s Assessment Team. At Walmart, she focused on selection/development assessments exclusively for Director+ populations, including socializing and educating talent stakeholders in the use and interpretation of high potential, selection, and interviewing assessments. At McKinsey, she led research to re-imagine how to assess problem solving, innovated on tools, and rolled out standardized capability frameworks.

Prior to Walmart and McKinsey, Emily was a part of BTS’ Assessment Practice, where she designed and implemented valid, high-fidelity assessments through the talent lifecycle. She is skilled in interpreting, translating and bridging insights into leadership development journeys, which she also has experience designing and implementing. She also developed an inclusive leadership assessment, from her M.A. research that BTS leverages.

Prior to her first stint at BTS, Emily consulted for IBM’s Talent & Transformation arm. There, she led her clients through sizable organizational transformations across industries, providing expertise in change techniques, tools, and interventions.
