BTSÂ leadership team
Meet the leaders behind BTS, guiding our work and shaping our impact around the world.
A history of doing things differently
In 1986, Henrik Ekelund saw an opportunity. At the time consulting firms were paid to deliver rigorous strategies, then step away, assuming execution would follow. But all too often, when those strategies met the real world, they stalled. Not because the strategy was wrong, but because people werenât ready to carry it forward.
So he founded BTS and brought business simulations to market - immersive experiences where leadership teams run the business, test decisions, and see consequences before results are on the line.
From our beginnings in Stockholm, we've been guided by one countercultural belief:Â Change happens through people.
