Ilona Cohen

Ilona Cohen is a Director based out of the BTS Chicago office. Her primary responsibilities include leading the design, development, and facilitation of customized experiential learning solutions for organizations. Ilona leads client engagements around business acumen, strategy alignment, leadership, and innovation.Prior to BTS, Ilona held roles in finance and corporate strategy at CNA, a property & casualty insurance carrier in the U.S. During her time there, she completed a corporate finance leadership rotational program and held a role in Strategy & Execution, focusing on growing a $1B Healthcare portfolio.Before joining CNA, Ilona earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, USA.Ilona speaks fluent English and Russian, with proficiency in Italian.Industry expertise:Ilona has experience partnering with clients in technology, retail, insurance, professional services, higher education, financial services, paper and packaging, and industrial supplies.
