SVP, Global Head of Coaching
Katrin is a Senior Vice President and Head of Coaching for North America. In that capacity, she oversees the go-to-market and execution capabilities for BTS’ leadership development and coaching offerings. She is an accomplished communications and leadership professional and holds a postgraduate degree in business administration.
Katrin has over 15 years of experience building and enabling leadership and coaching experiences for all levels of leaders. Katrin works a subject-matter expert, facilitator, and certified coach for leadership development with a focus on curating and developing compelling points of view around leadership, vertical development, strategic agility, and technology-enabled coaching.
Her professional experience outside of BTS include five years as a Global Director at Ketchum Pleon, consulting organisations on transformation, strategy and change communication. Prior to that, she worked for PwC and Celemi.
Katrin is a native German-speaker and fluent in English. She is a certified leadership coach and yoga teacher.
