Meghan Mariner

SVP, Head of BTS North America, West

Meghan Mariner is a Senior Vice President and Partner at BTS, leading BTS West, including BTS’ U.S. headquarters in San Francisco. She manages several of BTS’s largest global client relationships, working with technology, media, consumer packaged goods, insurance, and professional services companies on strategy execution and leadership development. In Meghan’s experience, clients most often treat strategy as a communication problem and underestimate the behavior change required to act on the strategy.

Meghan has designed and delivered BTS engagements since 2012 in strategy execution, go-to-market and sales enablement, leadership development, and AI adoption. Her clients include Salesforce and Anthropic, and her programs have reached hundreds of thousands of leaders across organizations and industries.

Prior to BTS, Meghan worked for O’Keeffe & Company, a marketing and public relations firm in Alexandria, Virginia. Meghan holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a BS from Wake Forest University.

Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Meghan is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She is now based in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two kids, where she enjoys all the outdoor activities the city has to offer.
