With a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a rich entrepreneurial background, Patrick’s approach is distinctly business-oriented, underscored by a relentless focus on client success.Patrick specializes in the design and delivery of selection and developmental assessments, coaching, and project management. His methodology emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of roles, the key success indicators within organizations, and the broader organizational context—essential elements for developing and evaluating high-impact assessments.With extensive experience as both a coach and assessor across developmental and selection programs, Patrick has supported individuals from entry-level roles to executive leadership. His leadership as a lead facilitator has been instrumental in developing and delivering workshops, focus groups, and assessor skill programs with precision and impact.Patrick’s professional journey spans over a decade in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with the last nine years dedicated to leadership and management. Patrick is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded and scaled multiple businesses.
