CEO I Chair of the Executive Board, ASN Bank
Roland Boekhout has been appointed as Chair of the Executive Board as of May 22, 2024. Roland is the Chief Executive Officer.
Roland Boekhout has over 30 years of international experience in the banking sector, both in the retail and corporate markets. He held various commercial and managerial positions at ING Group and Commerzbank. From 2010 to 2017, Roland was CEO of ING Germany. Prior to that he was CEO of ING Commercial Banking Central and Eastern Europe. In 2017, he joined the Management Board Banking of ING Group and was responsible for the banking activities in the Benelux. After leaving ING Group, he became a member of Commerzbank’s Board of Managing Directors, where he was responsible for corporate clients across the world.
In addition to his role as CEO, Roland is also Chair of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
