Sarah is the Global Co-Head of the BTS Executive & Teams Center of Excellence and Leads the BTS point of view on C-Level Succession. Advising boards, CEOs, CHROs and their teams, the practice area demystifies the challenges of high stakes succession planning, offering fresh strategies, roadmaps and communication practices to instill trust and confidence in the full process across all stakeholders.

Sarah brings a 15-year career of advising CEO and CXO leaders during high profile transitions, including emergency succession, executive assessment, successor development, selection and onboarding into role. She formerly led the Global Consulting Practice for Bates, an expert advisory firm working with high profile companies on executive development and transition.Prior to joining Bates in 2007, Sarah spent over 20 years as a sales/marketing leader within global businesses, start-ups, and consultancies.

She has served on the executive teams of multiple early-stage companies with P&L accountability, consulting to CEOs and boards on communicating key value messages and developing corporate go-to-market strategy.
