Scott is expert at coaching senior and high-potential leaders to perform at their highest level by engaging and inspiring important audiences. Scott leverages his years of experience leading BTS flagship executive programs and coaching leaders through the ExPITM Assessment process to partner with clients to help them advance their business agenda and communicate and align their teams to act.Prior to joining BTS, Scott spent over two decades in roles within the education and private sectors, helping adult and student learners reach their full professional potential through books, articles, workshops, classes, one-on-one coaching, and integrated learning systems. He also worked as a consultant for numerous companies, specializing in behavioral interviewing, case writing, change management, and talent development. Scott holds an MBA from Boston University.Industry expertise: Scott has worked with some of the world’s leading companies in Pharmaceuticals, Health Care and Life Sciences, Retail, Banking, Communications, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Insurance.
