As an innovation consultant, Shaurya has delivered forward looking solutions for clients across a wide array of industries including F&B, Consumer goods, Healthcare, Biotechnology and Personal care. He is adept at identifying market opportunities, brand positioning, crafting compelling business narratives and steering initiatives from ideation to execution. Shaurya is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and creating a legacy for the demand their people.
Prior to joining BTS, Shaurya was a seasoned strategist and consultant with over 7 years of experience in driving business value through strategic leadership development and consulting solutions. He comes with a proven track record of leading cross functional teams, designing client workshops and facilitating leadership programs that address complex challenges with innovative, sustainable solutions.
Having lived and worked in India, USA and Singapore, Shaurya brings a diverse perspective honed by his experience in working with professionals from the world over.
