Will Heard

Will is a Director in the BTS London office. Will manages global client relationships: leads BTS teams and partners with clients to deliver on their strategy as well as being a father of two, who loves to run.Previous experience:Will has worked on a breadth of client needs from strategy and transformation initiatives to talent and leadership development. He has utilised a passion for data and analytics, developed in his Ph.D. research, to deliver impact and inform the wider organisational approach.Area of expertise at BTS & industry experience:Will has partnered with his clients to deliver award winning results in a number of complex situations from working with executives and S/VP level audiences, characterising and shifting an organisational culture, to defining organisational operating models, to wargaming product launch strategies.Since joining BTS, Will has worked in various sectors including Consumer goods, Mining, Professional Services, Tech, Biotech and Agribusiness with organisations such as GSK, Roche, Bayer, Rio Tinto, Liberty Global and Gilead.
