Winifred has more than 15 years of management consulting and OD / HR business partnering experience. With regional experience under her belt, Winifred has lived and worked in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Having had first-hand experience in co-starting an SME consultancybusiness in Singapore and Beijing, Winifred is well-versed with building effective and lean start-up cultures, in addition to having a deep appreciation and ability to tackle organizational nuances and people challenges in large organizations.
At BTS, Winifred specializes in the Leadership & Coaching Practice. As a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Winifred passionately drives leadership development through executive coaching. She engages with C-Suite executives and senior leaders in driving transformative, sustainable behaviours to multiply positive workplace cultures.
Winifred is also recognised as a facilitation expert at leading, designing and delivering workshops of various natures. These programmes range from vision-building and strategy alignment, mission-vision-values cascading, to cross-functional trust and collaboration, as well as other management skills-based solutions.
Many of her past clients have engaged Winifred as chief facilitator for organization-wide programme roll-outs – due to her ability to make learning stick, drive real and authentic conversations, as well as garner consistently-positive feedback.
Her other domains of expertise include organization change anddevelopment, customer advocacy and loyalty, and designing market researchstudies.
Outside of work, Winifred continues to bring her expertise to the community by driving pro-bono mentoring, coaching and facilitation initiatives. She finds immense fulfillment in having individuals come together, reflect on personal and common purpose, and align them to work towards shared goals. Above all, Winifred aspires to inspire, influence and impact businesses, leaders and communities at the heart of her mission.
Winifred is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
