Gill McCarron

Gill is a Senior Vice President within BTS Europe, based out of London. She joined the business in 2009, and today holds a number of our global client relationships and leads teams as they support our clients on their transformation journeys, through designing powerful, customised experiences that accelerate business results. Gill has over 14 years’ experience in the field and has worked for clients across different industries. Highlights include supporting ING in their transformation to a global digital bank with an agile way of working. Prior to BTS, Gill worked as a market risk analyst at Santander Global Banking & Markets.

Gill enjoys going deep to understand the specific business and leadership challenges that stand in the way and partners with her clients to strengthen alignment, shift mindsets as necessary and develop the skills and capabilities needed to execute. Gill has extensive experience working across industries and markets with clients including ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank, EY, ING, Microsoft, Philip Morris International, and Vestas. Her particular passion is financial services, and she has had the pleasure of partnering with a diverse range of companies in this field. Alongside partnering with our clients, Gill leads our PRO (Projects, Resourcing and Operations) function for Europe, with responsibility for driving our own internal transformation and helping the business scale.
