Miguel Sequeira

Senior VP – Head of Sales & Marketing APAC, Asia, Middle East, Southern Europe, Africa & LATAM

Miguel Sequeira is a Partner and leads our Go-To-Market Sales and Marketing for APAC, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Southern Europe and LATAM. Miguel is responsible for managing customer relationships, leading the development and execution of transformation processes, and facilitating global training programs for commercial forces and marketing teams. Miguel is also responsible for business growth and talent in Go-to-Market Sales and Marketing.
 
Miguel joined BTS in 2007, working in the Madrid office, and moved to São Paulo in 2011 to help open the Brazilian office. Miguel was MD in the Brazilian office from 2014 to July 2019, when he returned to Europe. Since joining BTS, Miguel has been involved in consulting projects, working with first-level executives, middle managers and sales and marketing professionals (from executives to salespeople) with clients such as Mercadolibre, Nubank, HPE, Accenture, Vale (Latin America), Redbull, Delta Cafés and Santander. His work focuses primarily on (1) strategic business alignment, (2) leadership transformation, and (3) sales and marketing transformation.
 
Before joining BTS, Miguel worked as an Analyst in a large consulting firm in Portugal, where he worked mainly for the public sector and the energy industry.
 
His native language is Portuguese and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
 
Industry expertise: Miguel has solid experience in Banking, Technology, Fintech, Professional Services and Industry (especially Mining and Pulp and Paper).
