Anne Wilson

Anne is a Senior Vice President and Partner at BTS North America where she serves as the Head of BTS’ Change and Transformation COE and leads the Growth, Strategy and Culture Go To Market team.

In her role leading the Change and Transformation COE, Anne partners with organizations who are either preparing for a significant transformation or are amid a transformation that is not producing the intended results. She works to uncover the barriers to success and to design interventions that shift mindsets, change behaviors, evolve structures, create alignment and accelerate results.

As the leader of the Growth, Strategy and Culture go to market team, Anne guides the development of BTS Points of View and Approaches for accelerating key strategic and cultural initiatives for BTS clients globally.

Anne joined BTS in 2013 with a background in Corporate Finance. She holds an MBA from Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame, and Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Anne is originally from Seattle and now lives in a Chicago suburb with her husband and two children.
