Davidis a Senior Director based out of the BTS London office and heads up theCoaching Centre
of Expertise for Europe. David joined BTS in 2014 and today combines developingand evolving the coach COE, with partnering clients to define, design anddeliver development interventions that creates the impact they want to help realisetheir strategy.
Beforejoining BTS, David spent over twenty years working in and leading variouspeople development functions within some of the UKs largest retailers. He thenran his own executive consulting business working across various sectorsincluding finance, pharma, media, airlines, FMCG and professional services.
Industry expertise: David has spent much of his timeat BTS developing and delivering engagements for all levels of leaders, fromfront line up to Executive, Board of Director and S/VP level audiences across awide range of geographies and industries for the likes of dentsu, Ball, SCJ, Nandos,Mondelez, Capgemini, Beiersdorf, Abbvieand HSBC.
Hispassion is helping leaders to realisetheir own potential and that of their teams in service of achieving strategicgoals and organisationaltransformation.
Davidholds external accreditation in individual coaching, team systems coaching, andgroup facilitation as well as level B accredited by the British PsychologicalSociety.
