SVP, Head of Strategic Growth
Joe is a Partner and Head of Strategic Growth and Partner Success at BTS, based inSan Diego. He leads business development across North America and supports the success of BTS’s senior client partners. Joe works with executive teams to improve effectiveness, drive cultural transformation, elevate leadership, and lead enterprise-wide change—ranging from sales force transformations to large-scale assessments.
He has partnered with senior leaders across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His approach blends pragmatism and experimentation, helping leaders shift mindsets and deliver measurable results.
Earlier in his career, Joe served as a U.S. Army Captain in Military Intelligence, with assignments in the U.S., South Korea, Kuwait, and Iraq. He also held senior roles at Korn Ferry and McChrystal Group. His research explores how executive behavior shapes organizational outcomes—especially during moments of change.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys time with his wife and two sons, traveling, learning Spanish, staying fit, and perfecting his skills as a grill master.
