Kelsey Raymond

Kelsey is an Associate Director located in the BTS New York office. She is part of BTS’ Change & Transformation Center of Excellence and is currently focused on BTS’ Culture Transformation work. Kelsey’s experience also involves Strategic Alignment and Execution, Leadership Assessment & Development, and Innovation. In addition to her account management and project leadership responsibilities, Kelsey is involved in all aspects of the design, development, and delivery of these solutions.During her time at BTS, Kelsey has worked with leaders around the world, from the front line to global executives, to develop skills that enable them to do the best work of their lives. Kelsey has experience working with leaders across industries, from supporting senior sales leaders at a large telecommunications company to diagnosing and helping to shift the culture at an Oil & Gas company.Prior to her time at BTS, Kelsey worked in management consulting and led transformative system implementation efforts that improved the efficiency of government operations.Kelsey received her BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.Industry expertise:Kelsey has industry experience in Retail, Financial & Professional Services, Oil & Gas, Technology, Manufacturing, Biopharmaceuticals, and Telecommunications.
