Since joining BTS in 2016, Mallory has partnered with clients globally to enact change and enable the people side of strategy. Her expertise includes executive alignment, change initiatives, and strategic transformations. Mallory sits at the nexus of BTS’ Strategy Alignment & Business Acumen Practice and Change & Transformation practice, where she leads complex projects and manages client relationships to deliver sustainable results.Mallory focuses much of her time leading engagements focused on organization-wide outcomes. In support of this, Mallory has led key workstreams in shifting mindsets to develop leaders' capabilities and build change-readiness. From culture transformation efforts to executive alignment engagements, Mallory has experience working with executive leadership teams and organization’s top 200 leaders to build alignment and execute on a shared vision to mobilize the organization.Industry expertise: Mallory spends the majority of her time with some of the world’s leading companies in Technology and Healthcare.
