Tara Castaneda

In her first five years at BTS, Tara served in the Sales and Marketing practice, partnering with organizations to transform their teams to focus on accelerating their customers’ desired business results. In addition to her consulting role, she served in a leadership capacity within the practice, focusing on project quality, resourcing, and operations.In early 2020, Tara joined the Leadership and Coach Center of Expertise, with a focus on facilitating leadership experiences, strategy and scalability for leadership platforms and programs, and new product development. She is coach trained and embodies the belief that to achieve sustainable behavior change, the focus must first be on mindset. In addition to serving as a leadership development practitioner, she designs and facilitates diversity, equity, and inclusion work. She leads a team, charged with delivering high-quality facilitation and guiding design to enable mindset shifts.Prior to BTS, Tara was the Director of Talent and Transformation at Sony Electronics. Her career spans all things people related, including organizational development, sales enablement, talent management, and leadership development. She is passionate about creating and supporting experiences that enable individuals, teams, and organizations to grow.Industry expertise: Tara’s experience enables her to lend expertise across many industries, including technology, energy, healthcare, travel, and financial services.
