Lance Wilke

SVP, Head of BTS North America, Central

Lance leads the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development team in North America. His responsibilities include managing client relationships and spearheading BTS’ quickly growing business, as well as integrating BTS’ extensive capabilities into solutions that drive amazing results for clients. He has spent 15 years designing and delivering consulting engagements aimed at sharpening strategic execution and leadership development across many disciplines, including business acumen, strategy acumen, leadership, transformation, high performing teams, sales and innovation.

Prior to joining BTS, Mr. Wilke worked as a Sales Manager for Morgan Stanley’s fixed income group in Chicago.

‍Industry expertise: Lance has led several projects for many global Fortune 500 companies in the professional services, healthcare, pharma/biotech, telecom, fast-moving consumer goods and oil & gas industries.
