Philios Andreou is Deputy CEO of BTS Group as well as President of the Other Markets Unit overseeing the Southern Europe, Latam, Asia, Australia, Africa and Middle East operations. Philios has been involved with clients in multiple sectors helping them to work on strategic priorities and shifts including cultural transformations and people strategy initiatives for the last 20 years.
He has worked as a visiting Professor at several Business schools, and he has published a number of articles on Strategy, Talent, marketing, consumer behavior and general management in magazines such as Harvard Business Review, Marketing & Management, Training & Development, etc.
Before joining BTS, Philios worked as a Change Management Consultant for an Anglo-Swiss firm in the UK, then on the initial set up, and later on the strategy and planning and control of regional operations of VODAFONE.
Philios speaks fluent English, Spanish and Greek.
