Stephanie Peskett

Stephanie partners with Chief Learning and Talent offices in developing and executing strategy in the regions of Australia, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Southern Europe and Latin America. She has been a key influencer in the areas of Coaching, OD, Culture, Talent and Leadership Development in a variety of industries and organisations globally for nearly 20 years.

Stephanie is an AHRI Fellow, Chairperson of the Talent and Leadership Club in Sydney and Board Member for the University of Sydney, Work and Organisational Studies. She is a member of ICF and has coached for 1000+ hours over the past 14 years.

Prior to BTS, Stephanie worked for 15 years in Unilever, in global learning and leadership development. She led leadership and talent in BOC Gases/The Linde Group in a European-wide role. Before this, she worked in financial services in Australia and the UK.

Stephanie mostly works with CEO, C-Suite and Senior Executive teams, helping them to maximise organisational performance, while creating a culture they can be proud of.

Stephanie is responsible for major leadership, change and culture initiatives in many of the world's largest organisations. Her business acumen and understanding of workplace productivity are a unique perspective in the leadership and learning industry.
