Denys Lai

Denys is a developer, project leader, and team leader at BTS. He has worked with many BTS clients in a diverse range of industries including on some of BTS’s most strategic and challenging projects. He is also responsible for the development team and the allocation of consultants in the West Coast.
 
Most recently, Denys was part of a team that collaborated with a major engineering firm to build a learning journey utilizing and integrating multiple mediums (scenario simulations, learning maps, and a web portal) to engage early career hires that culminate in a 200-person summit. He is also innovating on an “Implementing Strategy” module for a large pharmaceutical company where leaders will learn how to translate corporate strategy into something meaningful for their teams and practice communicating, motivating, and executing on the strategy by practicing these interactions. Finally, he continues to design and build business simulations to align leaders to their firms’ strategy and teach business acumen.
 
Prior to BTS, Denys worked as a business analyst in a container leasing industry. In his spare time, Denys is an avid snowboarder.
