Driving a culture of innovation requires multiple touch points and ongoing reinforcements with the change agents. One of the biggest challenges public agencies face is not the ability to create ideas and work with them, but changing the leadership behaviours that hinder innovation.
How can you foster a culture in which innovation can flourish? You’ll require exploration skills, execution skills and unique innovation leadership behaviours. In this programme, we will tackle the following questions:
What does it take to innovate?
How do I lead it?
What moves can I make back at work tomorrow?

Who should attend
You are a Singapore Public Officer who holds the position of Director, Deputy Director or equivalent. You are a leader who wants to:

- Lead people to adopt an innovation mindset
