This free event is dedicated to non-profit, social impact, and education leaders passionate about creating positive change in their communities and bringing the best out of their teams. It will give you valuable insights and practical strategies to amplify your leadership impact.

 

During the event, you will participate in our Multipliers Simulation, an immersive experience designed to help you adopt a Multipliers Leadership Mindset. You will learn how to amplify your team’s intelligence and capabilities, experiment with new behaviors in a supportive environment, and drive success by fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth. Our expert facilitators will guide you through engaging exercises that mirror real-world challenges, ensuring a transformative and inclusive learning experience.
