Patrick is an Associate Director for the Sales and Marketing Practice within BTS USA. He partners with clients across various industries to develop and deliver customized solutions to drive strategic alignment and drive desired business results.
Patrick has designed and facilitated programs for clients across a wide variety of industries with the purpose of optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness. He has extensive development experience with programs targeting change management,
onboarding, and digital upskilling. In particular, the global shift towards a fully virtual or hybrid in-person/virtual sales experience has expanded the types of programs Patrick has developed to include virtual speech analysis training, fully asynchronous learning, and longer-term learning journeys with both in-person and virtual elements.
Patrick is currently the Commercial Kickoffs, Meetings, and Summits product owner at BTS. Through research and numerous successful client experiences, Patrick and colleagues have been able to gather design and execution best practices for events
ranging from 150 to 30,000 participants.
Prior to joining BTS, Patrick worked for TV One, LLC. in Advertisement Sales. Patrick’s past endeavors include developing key client relationships, hiring, training and managing a team of sales coordinators, and supervising and directing the use of the network’s total salable inventory, over $25M annually.
