Ravi is the Head of Purposeful Leadership Globally. He brings over 28 years of experience working in leadership development across multiple sectors. He is responsible for consulting, designing and delivering leadership solutions for global clients.
 
Previous experience
 
His early career started in Centrica, followed by a move into mainstream consulting. He gained exposure working with multinational businesses in cultural transformation and leadership development.

Over the last 13 years in BTS, Ravi has worked in partnership with GSK, Novartis, Takeda, ING, Barclays, Unilever, Tetra Pak, Philip Morris, ABB, SAP, Veon and Fujitsu facilitating global leadership interventions and coaching at all leadership levels. Ravi has experience in Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and FMCG. His expertise is truly global, having worked in every region of the world.
