Katrin Schwabe

Katrin is a Principal at BTS and Co-Lead of the BTS New York Office. In this capacity, she is responsible for Talent & Operations for BTS on the East Coast. In addition, Katrin is a subject-matter expert supporting thought leadership and capabilities in our Leadership and Innovation & Digital Transformation Practices. She is an accomplished communications and leadership professional and holds a postgraduate degree in business administration. Katrin has over 15 years of experience designing and facilitating leadership experiences for all levels of leaders as well as high potentials.
 
Katrin works a subject-matter expert, facilitator and coach for leadership development with a focus on curating and developing compelling points of view around leadership, mindfulness, strategic agility and disruption. Most recently, she has worked with leaders in financial services, professional services, insurance, technology, and media.
 
Her professional experience outside of BTS include five years as a Global Director at Ketchum Pleon, consulting organisations on transformation, strategy and change communication.
 
Katrin is a certified facilitator for Multipliers and member of the BTS team that partners with the Wiseman Group. She coaches various levels of leaders individually and in peer settings.
 
Katrin is a native German-speaker and fluent in English. She is a master-certified Multipliers facilitator, certified leadership coach and yoga teacher.
