Andrew Martel

VP, Projects, Resources & Operations (PRO) Lead – NAM

Since joining BTS in 2004, Andrew has worked on consulting engagements for clients such as Coca-Cola, Northwestern Mutual, Eaton Corporation, Macy’s Inc., Molson Coors, and Publicis Groupe. Andrew is responsible for the sales, development, and facilitation of capability-building workshops encompassing a range of topics including business acumen, strategic alignment, revenue management, and leadership.
 
Andrew initially focused his work on consumer-focused activities, working with clients that represent the producer and marketer of consumer products and the retailers who sell them. This, combined with Andrew’s work with advertising industry clients has given him a unique perspective regarding both consumer and shopper marketing
 
While Andrew is still involved in client engagements, most recently Andrew took over leading Operations for BTS North America as the leader of the PRO team.  PRO is responsible for project execution, talent management and consulting operations.
 
Andrew is currently the head of the PRO Team.
