Abbey serves as leader in the BTS Change and Transformation (C&T) Center of Expertise for BTS North America. She partners with organizations to prepare for, activate, and sustain significant transformations. This includes helping organizations to align their strategy with their culture and to surface and address systemic and individual change challenges. Notable work during the last ~ten years includes supporting the people side of reorganizations and operating model transformations and equipping new ways to enable major changes in strategy and new scale requirements.
Prior to joining BTS in 2015, Abbey worked in corporate account management in hospitality. In this role she worked across industries and grew an appreciation for the complexities in an end-to-end customer experience, the alignment and empowerment needed all the way through the frontline to enable operational excellence, and the economic strategies behind revenue management.
Abbey is originally from Chicago and now lives near Raleigh with her family. When she’s not working, she enjoys travel, cooking, hiking, and cultural fiction.
