Alex Amsden leads Growth, Strategy and Culture Transformation for BTS USA. Alex’s client work ranges from broad scale change initiatives, strategy definition and activation, cultural transformation, operating model and ways of working transformation, and M&A integration. Alex works with clients across industries from Fortune 50 companies to high growth start-ups. In addition to leading and supporting client engagements, Alex leads strategic accounts for BTS East area in financial services and technology.
Prior to BTS, Alex held a number of roles in the retail industry including global sourcing, product management, and corporate strategy. During this time, she also completed her Master’s degree at NYU in Global Affairs and International Business where she focused on global economics, finance and strategy.
