Brendan is a Director at BTS and the Go To Market Lead for India, Middle East and Africa. In this role he is responsible for working closely with strategic clients across the region to bring the best of BTS to these clients. Brendan partners closely with these clients to advise on go to market strategies, sales methodologies, designing and implementing sales transformations, structuring sales capability journeys and helping sales leaders implement strategic initiatives. He also partners with clients on strategy formulation, strategy cascades and business acumen, innovation capability builds. In his tenure at BTS Brendan has worked with clients across the Africa, North America and Southern Europe.
Prior to BTS, Brendan worked for two of the top 3 tyre manufacturers, a career that spanned across various enablement functions that allowed him to gain people development experience ranging from operational to sales, technical and executive functions. In his last role, prior to joining BTS, he was working with a strategic project team that reshaped the business model for African operations. Brendan attended the University of Johannesburg where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Intrapreneurial Management and later attended the Gordon Institute of Business Science where he obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family and animals on the family farm.
