Marco has been a trainer and business consultant since 1997, CEO of BTS Design Innovation and Head of Innovation Practice at BTS Italy and Vice President of BTS. He is an expert in the innovation area working with Italian companies in different industrial sectors: Ferrari, Gucci, Assicurazioni Generali, Sumitomo, Coesia, SCM, Lamborghini, FCA, Luxottica, Leroy Merlin, Artsana, Unicredit, Enel, Nokia, Electrolux, Eni, Tenaris, Pirelli, Coesia, Microsoft , Clear Channel, Philip Morris International, Starbucks, BD, Abu Dhabi School of Government, Mastercard, CRB Intercos, Starbucks, Sony, FedEx, Edmond De Rothschild, Banca Intesa San Paolo, Stevanato Group.
He designs and delivers training and execution programs in innovation, sales and leadership practices (in Italy also internal communication and engagement projects). He deals with product and service innovation projects in BTS Design Innovation. It is part of the innovation core team BTS global.
Before joining BTS, he co-founded Cesim Italia, 4math, Singularity srl and co-owned Design Innovation srl. He worked at Pirelli as training manager for Italy and at Watson Wyatt as a trainer and consultant.
Marco Rosetti is a native Italian speaker and has fluent English. He works at BTS in Milan and BTS Dubai.
