Matthew is a Senior Director based out of the BTS London office. Matt joined BTS in 2012 and today looks after some of our global client relationships: partnering with clients to define and drive the impact they want to have and leading the BTS teams that work across these engagements.

Matt’s experience spans transformation and strategy initiatives through to leadership and talent development but fundamentally he is passionate about helping leaders translate their corporate strategy into action and empowering them to have more impact on the company, environment and communities they serve.
Area of expertise at BTS & industry experience:
Matt has spent much of his time at BTS developing and delivering engagements for Executive, Board of Director and S/VP level audiences across a wide range of geographies and industries: Financial services, FMCG, Energy, Mining, Software and Pharmaceuticals for the likes of ING, NatWest, Diageo, GSK, Sage and Anglo American.
Matt also leads some of BTS’ global sustainability work with clients as they lean into the biggest challenges of our time. Matt helps clients in four key areas: building ‘sustainability acumen’, helping with company wide transition and transformation, shifting mindsets, and building collaborative innovation capability.
