As a Senior Director, Obi heads sales and client engagements in the Custom Digital Learning Center of Excellence. Based in Toronto, he partners with global organizations across various industries to develop and deliver customized learning solutions and strategies. Obi’s expertise underpins organizational pillars such as: onboarding, leadership, sales & marketing, DEI, digital transformation, gamification, learning platforms, mobile tools, learning architecture, AI, AR, content development, digital advisory, financial and business acumen.
Prior to BTS, Obi worked for Corporate Visions, a global consulting company focused on science-backed revenue growth strategies, where he was the National Account Director for Canadian strategic accounts. Other previous experience includes sales leadership roles with Oracle Canada, the Canadian Management Center, and BMO Financial Group. Obi has a Bachelor degree in Finance and multiple certifications such as CSA (Certified Senior Advisor), CSC and PFP from the Canadian Securities Institute, and a CFP designation (Certified Financial Planner). Outside of work, Obi enjoys working-out, writing, travelling, podcasting, chess, and spending time with friends and family. He is also a published author in the area of performance (Title – Unleash the Juggernaut Within!)
