At BTS, we believe that great leadership is universal, but how it shows up in your organization needs to be contextualized to your business, not just any business.

With over 30 years of experience assessing and developing leaders across industries, we will be bringing you new insights and approaches in the Definition, Assessment, and Development of Business Acumen and Strategy Execution. This event will allow you to evaluate and reconsider your organizational approach to these aspects of Business Acumen and Strategy Execution for your leaders.

These new approaches will empower your leaders to confront their deep-seated assumptions, leaving them with a concrete understanding of how to apply insights, learnings, feedback, and accelerate strategic transformation back on-the-job.

We invite you to experience The BTS Leader Lab simulation as one example of an approach that equips your people with the proper alignment, mindset, and capabilities to tackle the challenges of strategy execution.
