Fireside Chat with Teradyne
BTS’s Executive Coaching COE has supported Teradyne with executive coaching and leadership development for nearly a decade. As a strategic partner, we work with Teradyne to introduce the right solutions for their talent priorities and in service of their strategy. Sit down with Greg Smith, CEO of Teradyne and Jennifer Porter, SVP and Partner, Head of the Executive Coaching COE, for a dialogue on:
• How his view of coaching has evolved over time,
• what he looks for in a coaching partner,
• what impact coaching has made on his leadership, and
• why he’s all-in on coaching for transitioning senior leaders in particular.
