Top 3 priority deep-dive sessions

BTS are now offering current and prospective partners a deep-dive learning experience to expand your thinking across these three priorities.

Each session will profile case studies and live interviews from around the world showing exactly how the leading organisations are developing new approaches to their talent, learning and leadership strategies. BTS experts who are working with these organisations will share examples of how to do things differently. There will also be time for you to connect and learn from people in similar roles in other organisations, and their practical wisdom.

Each session will run for 60 minutes and promises to be engaging, interactive and give you take-aways to share with your colleagues and shape your strategy. Attend all three or just those that interest you, and we encourage you to bring your team, peers or colleagues with similar interests.

We’re trying to find the talent gains but they’re not coming easily enough!​
  • The smart organisations are looking for a few key business critical practical things to help scale the impact on talent, leadership and culture in a time when that can feel hard…​
Scaling the learning culture

Topics we’ll unpack in the session:

  • COVID, hybrid and our new world of work have been a complete reset in learning strategies and learning culture. We have never before seen such a strong call to reinvent the learning function and strategies. In leading organisations we are seeing an emergent white space for personalised, democratised learning that is both digital AND deeply humanistic.
  • We are seeing CLOs drive strategy and cultural aligned campaigns of learning. These are creating a rapid wave of change at an individual and organisational level. The trick is how to do it and to learn from others (their success and failures) to make a deeper impact in your strategy too.
