Our 2024 report shares the latest trends and insights in the world of sales. This data was gathered from interviews with over 100 Sales and Marketing leaders from around the globe.
The study revealed some changes in customer expectations that has implications on the sales function, which has led BTS to update its point of view on how the sales profession must evolve into the future.
We also confirmed that AI and new technologies will lead to exponential change within the sales function.
