Kile Dyer is a senior leader and assessor in BTS’s assessment practice, consulting and advising organizational leaders and executives in multiple industries on assessment and end-to-end talent management solutions.
His primary responsibilities include client account and relationship management, development of senior-level assessment and talent programs, being a thought partner to talent practitioners, and serving as both an assessor and coach for senior leaders and executives.
Before joining BTS in 2019, Kile was responsible for designing and executing the overall talent, change management, assessment, culture and engagement, learning and development, and succession programs as an internal practitioner in multiple Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has the unique experience of being a former BTS client who knows firsthand the impact of our solutions.
Industry expertise: Kile has extensive experience as an internal practitioner in entertainment, retail, and food and beverage, and as an external consultant in financial services, pharma, technology, oil and gas, gaming, hospitality, and more.
