Darsh is a BTS Partner and Head of BTS Strategy Alignment and Business Acumen Center of Excellence for North America.

He is responsible for design, delivery and curation BTS’s portfolio of simulations, executive offsites, and industry solutions.

Additionally, Darsh is responsible for expanding BTS thought leadership and innovation of new capabilities around strategy, business and financial acumen. Prior to his current role, Darsh was Head of Operations for BTS East Area and served on the US Management Team.

As an Account Executive and Engagement Leader with 20 years of experience serving several Fortune 500 Clients, Darsh’s responsibilities include facilitation and delivery of BTS seminars around the globe, overseeing complex client engagements, and design and development of highly customized computer-based simulations for strategy cascades and leadership development.

For fun, Darsh enjoys playing the guitar and drums, listening to music, watching movies, photography, cooking, and travel with his family.
