Willem Pennings is the Head of Revenue Growth for Europe. His main responsibilities include leading our sales & marketing team as well as managing key client relationships and accounts in which he designs, develops and delivers discovery-based solutions to accelerate strategy execution.
Willem has over 15 years’ experience in the field of strategy execution and executive development, having worked for clients across industries.
Since joining BTS, he has been involved in consulting engagements with clients such as ING, EY, Nationale-Nederlande, NatWest, Allianz, UBS, Deloitte, If P&C Insurance, Liberty Global, GoDaddy, Guidewire, Philips, Marsh, Microsoft, Philips, Vestas, Veon, Heineken, HP and Vodafone.

Willem has a track record of facilitating meetings at the CEO/Board level that align leaders to strategy, foster engagement and urgency for change, and build the right capabilities to execute.
