Anna Sandberg

Anna has over 20 years of experience in the field of leadership development and organizational transformation. She also looks after some of our global client relationships: partnering with clients to define and drive the impact and leading the BTS teams to deliver. Currently she is heading up the bts business in the Nordics region. She’s also acts as a speaker and guest in podcasts on the topics of leadership and strategy execution.

Previous experience: Anna’s passion is to partner closely with her clients to understand the specific business and leadership challenges that hinder successful strategy execution, ultimately strengthening alignment, raising engagement and developing the skills and capabilities necessary to execute.

Area of expertise at BTS & industry experience: Anna has worked with clients to address a variety of business issues from customer centricity, digital transformation, leadership, business acumen and strategy execution. Recent highlights include developing global leadership programs for intact teams and first-time leaders at multiple levels at Maersk. This enabled them to lead their business into the future, creating a future-state simulation for a local media company facing digital disruption, and helping a global packaging and processing company implement a new strategy and leadership behaviors reaching 3500 leaders and 16,000 employees globally.

Anna has experience in industries such as banking, manufacturing, professional services, telecom and media with clients including EY, SEB, Ericsson, Trelleborg, Tetra Pak and Maers.
