Becky Thomas

Becky A. Thomas, PCC, CPCC is an experienced executive coach, specializing in leadership development and coaching and serves as Head of 1:1 Coaching in the US. Becky focuses on creating transformational change and leverages assessment tools applicable to each client’s situation to help measure impact and ROI. Having navigated the politics and the complexities of managing up, down, and cross-functionally, Becky brings her extensive business and international experience to provide a uniquely relevant perspective to her coaching. She works to get the best out of leaders, allowing them to take their leadership to the next level.
 
Becky has an MBA from DePaul University and more than 15 years of branding, marketing, and strategy experience. In addition, she is a keynote speaker and author and teaches executive coaching as an MBA adjunct professor. She has been a consultant and executive coach to organizations including Abbott, Google, Mondelez, Northwestern Mutual, Sephora, Twitter, Tyson Foods, Salesforce, Smithfield, Sunstar Butler, and more.
