Bhavik Modi

Senior Director

Bhavik is a Director for BTS USA based in Chicago focused on enabling organization-wide transformations. Bhavik leads BTS efforts in the Midwest focused on Innovation and Digital Transformation. Bhavik’s work has involved building and delivering multi-practice solutions to accelerate strategy execution, embed a culture of innovation, execute a digital transformation and build leadership capabilities for leaders at all levels, across multiple industries. Bhavik leads BTS efforts on Ecosystem Partnerships, AR/VR capabilities, as well as introducing our portfolio of Agile solutions in North America.

 

Prior to BTS, Bhavik had experience as a serial entrepreneur and as a leader in the finance industry – working across disciplines like commercial banking, early-stage venture capital and mid-stage private equity (focusing on founder-led companies). An avid learner, Bhavik continues to lead the development of business acumen internally for recent hires at BTS along with leading research on insights and future trends. He is also involved in the international non-profit community; having led an NGO focused on building centers for education for women and children in India along with volunteering his time with multiple Chicago-based not-for-profits focused on childhood and adult education. He currently spends his spare time focused on innovative efforts in the beverage industry.

 

Bhavik has completed executive education coursework at UC-Berkeley focused on Artificial Intelligence. As an undergraduate, Bhavik was one of 25 students awarded a full scholarship to the University of Cincinnati’s prestigious Carl H. Lindner Honors-PLUS program. After studying abroad in 11 countries, along with founding and leading multiple student organizations, he graduated with multiple honors including being bestowed the Presidential Leadership Medal of Excellence given to the top 5 graduating seniors by former University President Dr. Santa Ono.
