Debbie Chou is Managing Director of BTS Taiwan and Regional Center of Excellence of BTS Asia’s Sales and Marketing Practice. She is also a Subject Matter Expert in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry. Clients include Boehringer-Ingelheim, BD, GSK, Intuitive, MSD, Novartis, Sanofi, UCB, Air Liquide, Bluescope, Coats, Disney, Hempel, Ingersoll Rand, Taishin Bank, Google, MediaTek, TSMC, VMware, SAP, Lenovo and many more.
At BTS, Debbie leads strategic Sales Transformation initiatives where she supports clients in implementing selling models and sales leadership development by aligning with their Go-to-Market strategy and goals. She also leads various Leadership Development Journey projects including both people and business leadership Across Asia.
Before joining BTS, Debbie was the Country Principal heading the Consulting and Service of IMS Health Taiwan (now IQVIA). She led significant engagements in industry policy, growth strategies, portfolio optimization, and new product launch support. She has a deep knowledge of salesforce effectiveness including salesforce driver diagnostics, segmentation and targeting, resource optimization, commercial structure assessment and recommendation, sales team competency assessment, and change management. Prior to IMS, Debbie worked at SAS as a Programmer and at CDC as an Applied Statistician.
